Previously Failed Surgeries

Previously Failed Surgeries

Failed back and neck surgery syndrome refers to the patients who have previously undergone surgical procedures to treat neck or low back conditions and have experienced persistent post-surgical pain. Failed back and neck surgery syndrome does not imply there was a problem with the surgery or that something went wrong during the surgery.

Pain from failed neck and back surgery syndrome may become worse with additional surgeries. Treating the syndrome may involve one or more of the treatments below:

  • Injections
  • Exercise
  • Prescription Medications
  • Physical Therapy
